The Meridian School District community lost a long time member, Brian Evans, on Easter morning April 12th 2020. His family, wife Connie and children Brianna and Dan, would like to honor him through the Brian Evans Memorial Scholarship fund. As a life-long learner and advocate for civic duty and for higher education, Brian’s wish was to support students with an interest in sustainable housing and building design. The scholarship will be awarded to student(s) demonstrating leadership in their community and an interest in sustainable building in one of the following fields:
- Engineering or engineering technology
- Building design
- Construction trade industry
- Architecture
